Our client Power2Go is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer \- Power Electronics \& Design in Karachi Power2Go is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with at least two years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in power electronics, voltage and current monitoring, thermal management, and adheres strictly to safety protocols and standards. This role involves working closely with advanced power converters, inverters, and DC\-DC converters, particularly those used in battery management systems. The Electrical Engineer will lead a team of eight professionals, fostering collaboration and technical excellence. The candidate will oversee production planning, execution, coordinate tasks, and ensure adherence to company quality standards. This role requires proactive problem\-solving, effective communication, and the ability to drive innovation in electrical system design within the energy sector. **Responsibilities** * Oversee electrical aspects eg. cell interconnection, busbars, wiring harness etc of battery pack assembly. * Ensure correct polarity, connections, and insulation during production * Develop and optimize electrical assembly processes for efficiency and quality. * Standardize work instructions, SOPs, and inspection procedures. * Conduct and analyze electrical tests eg. Charge/discharge cycle testing, Voltage/current checks, Insulation resistance (IR) etc. results and troubleshoot failures. * Implement effective thermal management strategies to maintain system reliability under various operating conditions. * Identify and troubleshoot issues in electrical circuits and provide timely solutions to mitigate risks. * Develop documentation, technical reports, and test plans to support project objectives and regulatory compliance. * Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation. * Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source quality components and optimize cost efficiency. * Manage production timelines, assign Responsibilities , and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
