Job Description
**POSITION** Housekeeping Manager **LOCATION** Abu Dhabi \| VVIP Private Estate Client will arrange a work visa and relocation if not local **PURPOSE OF THE POSITION** We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee all housekeeping operations within a prestigious palace environment. The role requires a strong leader who can ensure exceptional standards while effectively managing and developing a large housekeeping team. **Qualifications** Graduate in Hotel Management or related field **Experience And Skills** * Strong leadership and people management skills * 10 Years’ experience in hospitality industry, out of which 3 years in similar role * Experience in European luxury hospitality standards preferred * Excellent organisational and multitasking ability * High attention to detail and service standards * Strong communication skills in English (and Arabic an advantage) * Budgeting and cost control experience * Ability to implement operational efficiencies and drive change * Proven experience operating within highly structured luxury environments with formal service standards **Duties And Responsibilities** * Lead and manage the full housekeeping department across the palace and related areas * Maintain exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards at all times * Conduct daily inspections and walkthroughs to ensure compliance with luxury standards * Oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management * Develop and implement housekeeping systems, procedures, and service standards * Manage departmental budget, cost control, and forecasting * Control inventory of linen, uniforms, and cleaning supplies * Coordinate procurement and supplier management with relevant departments * Ensure maintenance issues are reported and followed up efficiently * Oversee pest control and deep cleaning programmes * Implement on\-the\-job training and continuous staff development * Prepare operational reports for senior management * Resolve operational issues and complaints promptly * Drive efficiency improvements and operational best practices **SALARY** * Salary: AED 24,500 per month **BENEFITS** * Cell phone allowance: AED 500 per month * Accommodation: Live\-out position \- to find own accommodation * Transport: Company vehicle provided * Medical insurance: Provided (single status) * Annual leave: 30 days paid vacation * Annual flight ticket: Provided * Meals: Provided on site * Laundry services: Included Please note: Kindly check your junk or spam mail folders after applying, as our response to your application may occasionally be diverted there.
