With its avant\-garde superyacht inspired design, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab completes the nautical trilogy alongside the wave\-shaped Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the iconic sail\-inspired Jumeirah Burj Al Arab. **About the Job** An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Hotel Manager – F\&B** to join **Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab.** The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: * Lead and elevate all Food \& Beverage operations across the property, ensuring a seamless execution of luxury experiences, operational excellence, and strong commercial performance aligned with brand standards. * Partner with the General Manager to shape and execute F\&B revenue strategies, curating a refined luxury guest experience, enhancing innovative dining concepts, and driving sustainable profitability across all outlets. * Oversee the full spectrum of F\&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, in\-room dining, and culinary functions, ensuring consistency, quality, and continuous performance enhancement. * Champion exceptional guest satisfaction by embedding service excellence, actively managing feedback, and consistently elevating the overall dining journey within a luxury environment. * Lead, inspire, and develop high\-performing F\&B teams through purposeful leadership, coaching, talent development, and a culture of engagement and accountability. * Safeguard operational integrity by ensuring compliance with health, safety, and luxury brand standards, while cultivating strong relationships with VIP guests, suppliers, and key strategic partners. **About You** The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * Extensive luxury hospitality leadership experience across standalone luxury properties and internationally branded environments, with a proven track record of elevating Food \& Beverage concepts and guest experiences across diverse markets. * Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, optimize profitability, and deliver sustainable financial performance across multi\-outlet F\&B operations. * Minimum of 12 years of progressive hospitality experience, including senior leadership roles within globally recognized luxury hospitality brands. * Passion for excellence, innovation, and world\-class guest experience delivery, with a consistent commitment to elevating service standards and creating distinctive luxury F\&B experiences. * Proven ability to lead high\-performing teams and operational excellence within complex luxury hospitality environments, ensuring consistent quality, brand alignment, and exceptional guest satisfaction. **About the Benefits** At Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
