Position: HOA (Homeowners Association) Attorney
Location: Fully Remote Across SoCal
A well-established California law firm is seeking an experienced HOA (Community Association) Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys a mix of litigation and advisory work while working closely with clients on sophisticated legal matters.

What You'll Do:
- Handle HOA and community association litigation matters.
- Advise boards and property managers on legal and governance issues.
- Draft pleadings, motions, legal opinions, contracts, and governing documents.
- Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.
- Manage cases from inception through resolution.
- Build strong client relationships while collaborating with a highly experienced legal team.
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar license.
- Experience in HOA, real estate, business litigation, or civil litigation.
- Strong legal writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.
- Trial experience is a plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $220,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
