This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a commitment to academic excellence, all within a collaborative and supportive academic environment. **Responsibilities** * Develop, plan, and deliver comprehensive lessons aligned with the HND curriculum and academic standards. * Design and update curriculum content, incorporating curriculum mapping to ensure clear learning outcomes and progression. * Utilize learning management systems to create engaging and accessible educational materials for students. * Monitor and assess student performance regularly, providing constructive feedback to support learning and improvement. * Meet the annual teaching targets and workload requirements set by the Head of Department consistently. * Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to academic planning and quality assurance processes. * Support students through academic counseling and guidance to enhance their educational experience and success. * Stay current with developments in the relevant academic discipline and pedagogical methods to continuously improve teaching effectiveness. * Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and grades in accordance with university policies. * Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support interdisciplinary learning opportunities and university initiatives.
