As a Sustainability Coordinator, you will take on a key responsibility in advancing our commitment to environmental and social responsibility by driving data transparency across our global operations, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• Execute the systematic collection and verification of Carbon and ESG data, coordinating with global vendors and internal stakeholders to secure essential data points, including waste, energy, and utility metrics.
• Spearhead the stakeholder follow-up loop to ensure timely submission of data, maintain strict adherence to global reporting cycles and meet regulatory deadlines.
• Maintain and update internal sustainability trackers and databases with high precision, ensuring all documentation is consistent with international reporting standards.
• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to global sustainability functions by assisting with documentation, meeting preparations, and other supportive tasks as required

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate requirements clearly to external partners.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain professional relationships with diverse vendor groups.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple outreach campaigns and meet strict regulatory deadlines.
• High attention to detail with a focus on identifying data anomalies and the persistence to investigate and resolve discrepancies at the source.
