Job Overview
GSM is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand the mobility services ecosystem in the market. The role will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, acquiring corporate clients, and driving revenue growth for GSM’s transportation and mobility solutions.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B sales, business development, mobility or transportation services, ride-hailing, automotive, logistics, or technology-related industries.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development \& Sales
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Expand GSM’s corporate client portfolio across different industries.
- Promote GSM’s mobility solutions to enterprise and SME clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements.
Partnership Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and account management.
- Identify market opportunities and monitor competitor activities to improve market positioning.
Market Expansion
- Support market launch and expansion activities.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and trends.
- Propose business initiatives to increase market penetration.
Team Management
- Lead and coach the local sales team to achieve KPIs and business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Drive a high-performance and customer-focused sales culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnership Management.
- Experience in the mobility, transportation, automotive, ride-hailing, technology, or logistics industries is highly preferred.
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Fluent English communication skills.
