Job Description
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic
**HR Manager**
to lead and drive our human resources function. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, strategic HR expertise, and a stable career track record. This role requires a bilingual professional (Arabic \& English) who can effectively partner with leadership and support organizational growth.
Job Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment, Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Employee Relations
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
* Oversee talent acquisition to attract high\-quality, stable candidates
* Drive performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices
* Manage compensation \& benefits structure and benchmarking
* Support leadership in organizational restructuring and workforce planning
* Implement HR policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Lead and mentor the HR team
**Key Requirements**
* **Experience:**
Minimum
**10\+ years of progressive HR experience**
, with at least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role
* **Career Stability:**
Proven track record of
**long\-term tenure (non\-job hopper)**
* **Language:**
**Fluent in Arabic and English**
(Mandatory)
* **Education:**
MBA in Human Resources or related field (Preferred)
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent
**Certifications (Highly Preferred)**
* Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)
* Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM\-CP / SHRM\-SCP)
* AIHR Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR Certifications)
