**Position:** **GENERAL MANAGER** **Company:** Leading Domestic Hotel Brand **Location:** **Udaipur** **About the Company:** We are hiring on behalf of our Client, a prominent D **omestic Hotel Brand** that holds a substantial presence in the Leisure segment across India. With over 60 properties in its portfolio, including **Owned and Managed Resorts Properties in prime destinations across India,** they are committed to offering unforgettable experiences to their guests while fostering a rewarding work environment for their employees. **Job Description:** The General Manager will oversee the operations of a **Cluster of 2 Resorts** comprising of **60\+ Rooms** **Resort in picturesque locations in UDAIPUR.** You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of Guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team performance. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Operational Excellence:** Lead all aspects of Cluster Resort Operations, including guest services, housekeeping, F\&B, Front Office, Maintenance and more. Maintain the highest standards of quality and service and to curate exceptional Guest Experiences. * **Team Leadership:** Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team. Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, growth, and exceptional service. * **Guest Relations:** Interact with guests, addressing concerns, and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Strive to create a personalized and memorable experience for every guest. * **Financial Management:** Manage the resort's budget, monitor expenses, and drive revenue generation. Implement cost\-effective measures without compromising on quality. * **Sales and Marketing:** Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams at Regional / Corporate Office to promote the resort, increase bookings, and explore opportunities for business growth. * **Maintenance and Upkeep:** Oversee the maintenance of the resort's facilities, ensuring they are well\-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. * **Compliance:** Ensure the resort operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. **Qualifications and Experience:** * Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field . * **Proven experience as a Resort/General Manager or in a similar leadership role at a Resort/Leisure Destination within the Hospitality Industry.** * Strong understanding of **Resort/Leisure Hotel Operations, guest service, and financial management.** * **Qualitative total Experience of 12\-15 years with a strong F\&B background .** * Owner/Operator Relationship Management capabilities. * Leadership and Team Management skills. * Ability to manage and adapt in a Remote environment, adapting to changing circumstances. * Good Communication skills and Interpersonal Relations.
