**Job Title :** **Resort Manager, North Goa** **Company Overview:** Our client is a fast growing Hospitality Company that manages a chain of Domestic Mid Segment Resorts . With a portfolio of Multiple Operational Hotels (and new Projects in Pipeline) at various Leisure destinations, our client offers a unique blend of comfort, relaxation, and natural beauty. Each Resort features luxurious Rooms , F\&B, Recreational facilities and strives to provide an exceptional guest experience. **Job Overview :** We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven **Resort** **Manager** to lead a **50 Room pre\-opening Hotel in Goa.** As **Resort Manager** , you will be at the helm of this **mid segment** property, driving Operations and upholding the hotel's standards. This is an opportunity to shape memorable guest journeys while leading a talented team to attain desired levels of Profitability. **Responsibilities :** 1. **Oversee all aspects of Resort Operations,** ensuring desired standards of service delivery, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. 2. **Guest Experience Excellence:** Ensure the highest standard of personalized services, creating memorable experiences for each guest. 3. **Team Leadership:** Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service, maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment. 4. Ability to drive Guest Experience, revenue growth, and operational excellence 5. **Relationship Building:** Build and maintain strong relationships with guests leading to repeat business. 6. **Financial Management:** Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to ensure profitability while maintaining high\-quality standards. **Preferred Qualifications \& Experience :** * IHM/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field. * **10 years experience in Resort Hotels, with at least 2 years as Unit Head of 40\-50 Room Hotels in Leisure Destinations** * **Rooms / Front Office background** and experience in managing **OTA relationships and driving Sales** would be an advantage. * Good interpersonal and communication skills. * Strong leadership abilities with a hands\-on approach. * Financial acumen and proficiency in budget management.
