Job Description
Required competencies
- Strong experience in Java development using modern frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with modern frontend development using React and TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of Apache Kafka, including topics, partitions, producers, consumers, Kafka Connect, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating with enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management.
- Good understanding of AI-enabled applications, including integration with machine learning models, Generative AI services, and Agentic AI frameworks and orchestration patterns.
- Familiarity with AI agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool/function calling, and secure AI integration within enterprise environments.
- Good understanding of IT Risk Management frameworks, security controls, audit requirements, AI governance, and regulatory compliance.
