Family Law Attorney
Mountainside, NJ | Hybrid or Fully Remote
A well-established and growing Family Law practice is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its team. This opportunity offers strong compensation, reasonable billable expectations, and a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
⚖️ Handle divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and post-judgment matters
⚖️ Manage cases from inception through resolution
⚖️ Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, negotiations, and court appearances
⚖️ Provide strategic legal guidance and support to clients navigating complex family law matters
Requirements:
📌 2+ years of Family Law experience preferred
📌 Active New Jersey Bar license required
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $185,000. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
