**Job Title:** Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer (4\+ PQE) **Location:** Dubai **Overview** We are seeking a talented Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer to join a leading international law firm’s Dubai office. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid\-level associate/senior associate (minimum 4 years’ post\-qualification experience) to work on high\-profile, cross\-border regulatory matters across the financial services sector. Middle East experience is not required—strong candidates from other major financial centres are encouraged to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * Advise financial institutions, fintech companies, and asset managers on a broad range of regulatory matters * Provide guidance on licensing, compliance frameworks, and ongoing regulatory obligations * Support clients on regulatory investigations, enforcement matters, and internal reviews * Assist with the launch of new financial products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations * Monitor regulatory developments and provide strategic advice to clients * Collaborate with colleagues across global offices on multi\-jurisdictional matters **Requirements** * Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction (e.g., England \& Wales, Australia, etc.) * Minimum of 4 years’ PQE with a strong focus on financial services regulation * Experience gained at a leading law firm or in\-house with a reputable financial institution * Excellent technical skills and a commercial, solution\-oriented approach * Strong drafting, communication, and client management skills * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, international environment **Desirable (but not essential)** * Experience advising on fintech or digital assets * Exposure to international regulatory regimes (e.g., UK, EU, or other major financial centres) * Previous experience working on cross\-border matters **What’s on Offer** * Competitive, tax\-free salary and benefits package * High\-quality, international client base * Opportunity to relocate to Dubai and gain exposure to a dynamic and growing financial hub * Supportive and collaborative team environment with strong career progression prospects
