Employment Lawyer

**Job Title:** Mid\-Level Employment Lawyer **Location:** Dubai, UAE (open to candidates currently based in Dubai or interested in relocating) **About the Role** We are seeking a talented mid\-level Employment Lawyer to join a law firm in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of contentious and non\-contentious employment matters, advising both regional and international clients across multiple sectors. **Key Responsibilities** * Advise on UAE labour law matters, including hiring, terminations, disciplinary processes, and employee relations * Support clients with employment aspects of corporate transactions (due diligence, restructuring, redundancies) * Handle employment disputes and liaise with relevant courts and tribunals * Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements * Provide strategic, commercially focused legal advice to clients * Stay up to date with legal and regulatory developments in UAE employment law **Candidate Requirements** * 2–8 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) in employment law * Experience gained at a reputable law firm * Strong knowledge of employment law (UAE experience preferred but not essential) * Excellent drafting and communication skills * Commercially minded with strong attention to detail * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team **What’s on Offer** * Competitive, tax\-free salary * High\-quality, international client base * Supportive and collaborative team environment * Opportunity to relocate to Dubai * Clear career progression opportunities **Location \& Relocation** This role is open to: * Candidates currently based in Dubai * International candidates interested in relocating to Dubai
