We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and decision-making processes. The role involves analyzing financial performance, optimizing costs, and collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and profitability within a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare and present periodic financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and insights for management.

Cost Analysis:

  • Analyze operational costs, departmental revenues, and service profitability to identify opportunities for cost optimization.

*

Variance Analysis:

  • Conduct detailed comparisons between budgeted and actual financial performance, providing actionable recommendations.

*

Data Management:

  • Collect, validate, and analyze financial data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

*

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand financial impacts and support strategic decision-making.

Financial Modelling:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate new services, business opportunities, and operational improvements.

*

Budgeting \& Forecasting:

  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts for clinical services and monitor performance against targets.

*

Pricing Management:

  • Develop and maintain pricing structures and databases, regularly reviewing price changes and profitability.

ERP Coordination:

  • Lead communication and coordination between SAP/MEDAS systems and finance teams.

*

Reporting \& Presentations:

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track actual performance against budgets and provide ongoing variance analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within the healthcare sector
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and healthcare financial systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
