We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and decision-making processes. The role involves analyzing financial performance, optimizing costs, and collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and profitability within a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and present periodic financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and insights for management.

Cost Analysis:
- Analyze operational costs, departmental revenues, and service profitability to identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Variance Analysis:
- Conduct detailed comparisons between budgeted and actual financial performance, providing actionable recommendations.
*
Data Management:
- Collect, validate, and analyze financial data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
*
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand financial impacts and support strategic decision-making.

Financial Modelling:
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate new services, business opportunities, and operational improvements.

Budgeting \& Forecasting:
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts for clinical services and monitor performance against targets.

Pricing Management:
- Develop and maintain pricing structures and databases, regularly reviewing price changes and profitability.

ERP Coordination:
- Lead communication and coordination between SAP/MEDAS systems and finance teams.
*
Reporting \& Presentations:
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Performance Monitoring:
- Track actual performance against budgets and provide ongoing variance analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration
- Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within the healthcare sector
- Proficiency in financial modeling and healthcare financial systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
