The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: * Oversee all Rooms Division operations, ensuring exceptional operational execution, efficiency, and the delivery of elevated luxury guest experiences across the property. * Drive commercial performance by identifying revenue opportunities, optimizing departmental profitability, and implementing effective cost control strategies without compromising service excellence. * Elevate the guest journey through innovative service initiatives, proactive engagement, and swift resolution of guest feedback to maintain the highest satisfaction standards. * Partner with Executive Leadership and Revenue Management teams to align operational strategies with business objectives, market trends, and the property’s long\-term growth ambitions. * Champion a culture of excellence by ensuring compliance with brand standards, refining operational processes, and continuously enhancing quality, presentation, and service delivery. * Lead, coach, and inspire a high\-performing Rooms Division team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and talent development within a fast\-paced luxury hospitality environment. **About You** The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * 10–12 years of progressive leadership experience within internationally recognized luxury hospitality brands, with strong exposure to Rooms Division operations. * Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high\-performing teams within fast\-paced luxury environments, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. * Strong commercial acumen with proven success in driving operational performance, profitability, and elevated guest satisfaction. * Highly analytical and detail\-oriented, with exceptional problem\-solving, organizational, and project management capabilities. * A strategic and innovative mindset, complemented by strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. **About the Benefits** At Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
