We’re seeking a
**Director of Sales \& Operations**
to lead and scale the systems, strategy, and execution that drive revenue growth across our go\-to\-market organization.
This is a
**high\-impact leadership role**
responsible for aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success while building the infrastructure, processes, and performance culture required to scale predictably.
You will operate as a
**strategic partner to executive leadership**
, with direct influence on revenue performance, sales effectiveness, and organizational scalability.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Own revenue operations \& sales performance**
: Drive pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and revenue predictability across the business
* **Lead and scale Sales Operations**
: Oversee KPIs, performance metrics, and sales effectiveness across teams
* **Build and optimize GTM infrastructure**
: Design and implement scalable systems, processes, and workflows across the customer lifecycle
* **Drive CRM excellence**
: Own HubSpot strategy, governance, reporting, and optimization
* **Lead and develop teams**
: Manage Sales Ops / Enablement leaders, fostering a high\-performance, accountable culture
* **Enable sales excellence**
: Implement coaching frameworks, sales methodologies (Challenger, Gap Selling), and training programs
* **Identify and remove growth bottlenecks**
: Analyze funnel performance and implement data\-driven improvements
* **Align cross\-functional teams**
: Partner with Marketing, RevOps, and Client Success to ensure consistent strategy and execution
* **Report to executive leadership**
: Deliver insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to C\-level stakeholders
* **Drive continuous improvement**
: Evaluate tools, optimize tech stack, and build scalable best practices
**Candidate Profile**
* **7–10\+ years of experience**
in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy within SaaS or high\-growth environments
* **5–7\+ years leading Sales Operations**
, including ownership of KPIs, team performance, and revenue outcomes
* Proven experience
**leading teams and driving sales performance**
, including coaching and leading by example
* Strong expertise in
**pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue analytics**
* Hands\-on experience owning
**CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)**
and revenue tech stacks
* Track record of
**building and scaling processes**
across the full customer lifecycle
* Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into
**clear, actionable strategy**
* Strong executive presence with experience presenting to
**senior leadership and C\-level stakeholders**
* **Bachelor’s degree required**
