About The Role Analyze complex datasets, develop machine learning models, conduct experimentation, and generate actionable business insights to support data-driven decision-making and business innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, analyze, and prepare structured and unstructured datasets.
- Design, develop, and evaluate predictive and machine learning models.
- Conduct data analysis and experimentation to validate hypotheses and improve model performance.
- Generate actionable business insights through statistical analysis and data modelling.
- Create dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports.
- Present findings and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges using data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modelling.
- Experience with data visualization tools and communicating analytical findings.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Experience with cloud-based analytics or machine learning platforms.
