Data Analyst (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

**Requirements:** * 2\+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or related roles. * Strong command of SQL, including joins, aggregations, filtering, and Common Table Expressions (CTEs). * Hands\-on experience with dashboarding and BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. * Excellent analytical thinking and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations. * Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain findings to stakeholders. * Highly detail\-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. * Comfortable working in a fast\-paced and dynamic environment. * Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation. * Experience working with Databricks or other cloud\-based data platforms. * Exposure to healthcare or SaaS\-related datasets is preferred. * Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis concepts. * Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and predictive analytics. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities. * Write efficient SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data. * Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business and operational stakeholders. * Track KPIs and provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data findings. * Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements. * Clean, validate, and prepare data to ensure accuracy and reliability in reporting. * Present insights in a clear, concise, and easy\-to\-understand manner for non\-technical audiences. * Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across reports and dashboards. * Maintain proper documentation for metrics, reports, dashboards, and data processes. * Contribute to building and promoting a strong data\-driven culture within the organization.
