Job Description
****Requirements:**** * 3–5 years of experience in an agency in a client\-facing/account management role. * Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts independently. * Strong commercial awareness with understanding of pricing, scope, and profitability. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow\-through. * Hands\-on experience with CRM and project management tools. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, high\-accountability environment. ****Responsibilities:**** * Manage key client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact. * Lead client communication, project coordination, and strategic discussions. * Translate client requirements into clear briefs for internal teams. * Oversee project execution to ensure timely and quality delivery. * Maintain accurate records, timelines, follow\-ups, and client updates through CRM/project management tools. * Prepare proposals, scopes, timelines, and estimates with commercial clarity and precision. * Identify upselling and account growth opportunities. * Ensure smooth coordination across creative, marketing, and technical teams. * Contribute to client retention, account growth, and revenue performance through proactive account management.
