Flowtel Networks

is hiring a Customer Services Representative in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution of customer issues.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to improve customer experience.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work in-person full-time during business hours.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
  • Comfortable using computers and familiar with using office software.
