Position: CSR \- US Last Mile Operations Executive Location: PECHS Block 6, Main Shahrah\-e\-Faisal, Karachi Timings: Rotational Shifts (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM \| 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM) Working Days: 6 Days a Week Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000 (based on experience) We are looking for a sharp, fast\-talking, and highly organized CSR to join our US\-based Last Mile Operations campaign. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in US logistics or Last Mile Operations Strong English communication skills (verbal \& written) Coordinate with drivers to manage pickup and delivery schedules Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers Track truck movements and provide real\-time updates to clients Ensure timely and efficient load management
