Position: CSR \- US Last Mile Operations Executive Location: PECHS Block 6, Main Shahrah\-e\-Faisal, Karachi Timings: Rotational Shifts (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM \| 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM) Working Days: 6 Days a Week Salary: PKR 80,000 – 100,000 (based on experience) We are looking for a sharp, fast\-talking, and highly organized CSR to join our US\-based Last Mile Operations campaign. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in US logistics or Last Mile Operations Strong English communication skills (verbal \& written) \* Coordinate with drivers to manage pickup and delivery schedules \* Manage day\-to\-day operations of the delivery center \* Resolve delivery\-related issues and escalations \* Ensure proper route planning and load distribution \* Drive hiring of 1099 delivery drivers as per the requirement \* Ensure timely and efficient load management
