$20 – $25 per hour
**Reporting To:**
Vice President – Sales
**Role Overview**
We are seeking a detail\-oriented and customer\-focused
**Customer Service Representative**
to manage order processing and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Order Processing \& Coordination**
* Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the system
* Verify pricing and obtain necessary approvals
* Coordinate orders with production and scheduling teams
* Track order progress and ensure timely delivery
**Customer Support**
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers
* Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in\-person interactions
* Provide regular updates on order status
* Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
**Administrative Support**
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
* Prepare order specifications and reports
* Support the sales team and management with administrative tasks
**Cross\-functional Collaboration**
* Work closely with Sales, Production, and Quality teams
* Assist with issue resolution and process improvements
* Support internal teams as required
**Compliance \& Best Practices**
* Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
* Maintain confidentiality of customer and business information
**Qualifications**
* Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order management
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/order management systems (preferred)
