About the Opportunity: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting patients and healthcare stakeholders by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to appointments, insurance, medications, and general information. This remote role plays a key part in ensuring positive interactions and helping individuals navigate their healthcare needs effectively. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries using strong communication and multitasking skills • Research and resolve customer issues with practical solutions • Handle requests including appointment scheduling and referral inquiries • Assist with insurance questions, medication requests, and general information • Understand customer needs to build trust and confidence • Learn new products and projects continuously • Maintain a positive and impactful interaction with customers 4\. Requirements: • High School diploma or GED (validated during background check) • Minimum six months of general business or customer service experience, or equivalent related work experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills across phone, email, and chat • Demonstrated empathy, caring, and compassion • Basic proficiency with Windows PC, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other specified software tools • Flexible availability for work schedule • Ability to provide two 22\-inch monitors with HDMI and Display ports 5\. Pay Range and Compensation Package: • The wage for the Customer Service Representative is $16\.00 per hour 6\.
