**Job Title : Customer Service Specialist**

**Preferred candidate profile :**
**Experience: 0\-3 years.**
**CTC: 2\.5 4LPA \+ Attractive Incentives**
**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**
**Ability to handle high\-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.**
**Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.**
**Strong problem\-solving abilities and attention to detail.**
**High School Diploma and Bachelor's degree preferred.**
