**Customer Service Representative** * **Location: 116 sector 44, Gurugram, Haryana** * **Contact Person \-Shaba Khan \- 9667462538 \- shabakhan@policybazaar.com** * **Interview Mode \-Only Face\-to\-Face (No Virtual Interviews)** * **Qualification\- 0\-3 yrs (Freshers are welcome)** * **Salary Package\- 2\.5 LPA to 4 LPA** **Responsibilities :\-** * Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat * Providing complete information about the product to the customer. * Solving all product or service related issues of the customers. * Preparing the Customer Service Guidelines and Keeping a Record of the Customers * Giving the right pitch to the potential customers, so they end up buying the product or availing the services. * Maintaining and updating the information of the customers regularly. * Providing the best possible solution to the queries of the customers. * Making products and services reports by collecting and analyzing the information provided by the customers. **Qualifications and Experience** * Graduation. * Fresher and Experienced * Ability to communicate effectively in English language. * Basic computer skills. * Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
