Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer\-focused
**Customer Service Representative**
with a minimum of
**1 year of experience**
to join our client’s team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when required.
* Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
* Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
* Support internal teams with customer feedback and insights.
* Meet individual and team performance targets, including response time and satisfaction metrics.
**Requirements:**
