**Role Description**
This is a full\-time, on\-site role based in Karachi for a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will handle incoming customer queries and provide efficient resolutions, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work in collaboration with team members to meet performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and deliver exceptional service. Effective communication and professionalism are key elements of this position, which requires a passion for customer engagement.
**Qualifications**
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and assist customers effectively
* Customer service aptitude, including the ability to handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience
* Proficiency in using technology, such as CRM software and other customer service tools
