Functional Skills

Contact Centre / Customer Service experience

Banking or Financial Services exposure (preferred)

Digital and Mobile Banking support knowledge

Call handling and objection management skills

Customer issue resolution and troubleshooting

Basic understanding of banking products and services

Behavioral Competencies

Technical Skills

Systems and application navigation

CRM and telephony platform experience

Digital channel and mobile app support

Basic troubleshooting and process guidance
