Job Title: Registered DOH Nurse
Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi
Duration: Permanent
Job Summary
We are seeking qualified Registered DOH Nurses to join a homecare facility in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a homecare setting while ensuring compliance with DOH regulations and maintaining professional standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a homecare environment.
- Assess patients' health conditions and monitor vital signs regularly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Develop, implement, and maintain individualized patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication usage, and preventive healthcare practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
- Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, infection control protocols, and healthcare standards.
- Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid DOH License to practice as a Registered Nurse in Abu Dhabi.
- Candidates holding a DHA or MOH Eligibility Letter are also eligible to apply.
- Valid nursing registration in the home country.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts, 5 days per week, with 2 days off.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in homecare nursing or community healthcare.
- Knowledge of
DOH
healthcare regulations and quality standards.
