**What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)**
* Serve as the primary internal point of contact for assigned associations, providing insights, guidance, and support
* Own and resolve complex account issues, policy questions, and escalations requiring advanced analysis and discretion
* Collaborate across various departments to support end\-to\-end case resolution and process improvement
* Manage and prioritize a caseload of complex matters requiring investigation and follow\-through
* Identify trends and elevate recommendations for improvement based on member interactions and feedback
**What Is Required (Qualifications)**
* Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience
* Experience in customer service, insurance, financial services, or a related field
* Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service and build trust through professionalism and clear communication
* Strong research, analytical, problem\-solving, and time\-management skills
* High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
**How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)**
* Life \& Health license preferred, or the ability to obtain within 90 days
* Experience handling escalated or high\-importance accounts in the insurance industry
* Familiarity with service environments where discretion and technology\-enabled solutions are critical
