At ABS International, we built something different, and we have been running it for 16 years without missing a single payroll date.
We are looking for Customer Support Representatives who are patient, composed, and genuinely good with people. Not someone to read from a script. Someone who actually cares how the conversation ends.
You will be handling real interactions with US-based customers, resolving queries, managing follow-ups, and being the kind of support rep that customers ask for by name.
*What this role pays:*
Base salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 per month
Performance incentive: PKR 10,000 – 12,000 monthly (based on your numbers)
PKR 3,000 attendance bonus every month
Total monthly take-home: up to PKR 65,000 for consistent performers

→ Available Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
→ Able to commute to Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14, Karachi 100% on-site
