**About the Role**
This remote opportunity focuses on building meaningful connections with supporters while delivering a positive and engaging customer experience. Each interaction is an opportunity to connect, inform, and inspire, whether welcoming new supporters, assisting with inquiries, or strengthening ongoing relationships.
This is a performance\-driven role centred on communication, professionalism, and consistency. While the position involves outbound calls, the focus remains on warm, respectful conversations rather than high\-pressure tactics.
**What You’ll Do**
* Engage with existing supporters through outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
* Welcome new supporters and provide clear information about programs and initiatives
* Assist with renewals, event participation, and ongoing engagement opportunities
* Encourage monthly contributions through thoughtful and informative conversations
* Build positive relationships and deliver a high\-quality customer experience on every call
* Follow established processes and maintain accuracy in all interactions
* Contribute to individual and team performance goals
**Work Schedule**
* Monday to Thursday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (EST)
* Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (EST)
* Occasional Saturday shifts: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
* Full\-time: 40 hours per week
**Qualifications**
* Minimum 2 years of customer service or call centre experience
* Strong communication skills and a confident, positive phone presence
* Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
* Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a structured schedule
* Technically comfortable using computer systems and communication tools
* A professional and reliable approach to work
