**Customer Support Manager / Up to £60,000 / Maidstone** **Overview:** A leading organisation in their manufacturing space are currently seeking a Customer Support Manager to join their team to manage the overall customer operations and sales progression processes including managing the team. ***This is an excellent opportunity to grow your management experience with a great organisation.*** **Role \& Responsibilities:** * Managing the customer service and sales progression teams * Developing staff and monitor performance * Liaising with senior management regarding improving processes and making the department more efficient * Monitor and set KPIs for staff * Work closely with other departments in the organisation to ensure the most effective processes are in place and customer are getting the best experience * Identify new business opportunities and liaising with the sales team on these **Essential Skills \& Experience:** * 10\+ years of experience in customer service positions * 5\+ years’ experience managing teams * An excellent communicator * Experience managing sales processes including quoting and order management * Hard\-working and ambitious * Experience using CRM systems **Package:** * Up to £60,000 basic salary * Employee longevity benefits * Private dental insurance * Private medical insurance * Sick pay * Company pension **Customer Support Manager / Up to £60,000 / Maidstone**
