**Customer Service Manager \| Manchester (on‑site) \| £30,000 \- £35,000** My client, a well‑established luxury brand is looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their team in Manchester City centre. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will oversee day‑to‑day operations, lead a small team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience at all times. **Role and Responsibilities:** * Lead the Centre team to deliver consistently high customer service standards * Build strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met * Oversee day‑to‑day building operations, ensuring the Centre is always well‑presented, safe and running smoothly * Manage customer renewals and support retention across the Centre * Conduct tours for prospective clients and promote the Centre effectively * Support team development through regular coaching and performance management * Ensure compliance with all operational and health \& safety procedures **Essential Skills:** * Experience in a customer‑facing, commercial environment * Previous team leadership or management experience * Strong communication and relationship‑building skills * Highly organised with strong attention to detail * Confident, proactive and able to remain calm under pressure * Good IT skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities **Package:** * £30,000 \- £35,000 salary * 25 days holiday * Company benefits * Opportunities for training and development
