Key Responsibilities
**Primary Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound queries from premium customers with speed and empathy
* Ensure high First Contact Resolution (FCR) and low Average Handling Time (AHT)
* Meet service quality and turnaround time (TAT) benchmarks
* Promote digital channels for smarter service delivery
Secondary Responsibilities
* Drive service excellence initiatives within the contact center
* Contribute to continuous improvement and customer delight
* What We’re Looking For
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering, Commerce, Arts, Science, Business, etc.)
**Experience**
* 2–5 years in customer service, preferably in a premium or banking environment
* Skills \& Attributes
* Excellent communication \& problem\-solving skills
* Strong customer focus and ability to handle high\-value interactions
* Tech\-savvy with CRM and digital tools
* Energetic, empathetic, and performance\-driven
