Job Title: Customer Service Executive - FASTag Inbound

Department/Function: Customer Service

As a Customer Service Executive – FAS Tag Inbound at IDFC FIRST Bank, you’ll be the digital face of our brand—responding to customer emails with speed, accuracy, and empathy. Roles \& Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries received via email
  • Ensure responses are sent within 24 hours
  • Maintain service quality and accuracy in communication
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Support initiatives to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction

Educational Qualifications: Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business \& Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)

  • Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)

Experience: 0 - 2 years of relevant experience
