Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused
- Confident using WhatsApp, email, and basic office applications
- Well-organised, reliable, and proactive
- Previous customer service, sales support, hospitality, or call centre experience is an advantage
