to build the people function of a real estate brokerage operation in Dubai

from the ground up

The immediate priority is clear

identify, attract and recruit high-performing Sales Managers

who can build strong brokerage teams, drive revenue and establish a performance-led sales organisation.

Core Responsibilities

• Recruit proven, high-performing

Real Estate Sales Managers

in Dubai.

• Build scalable broker and sales-team recruitment pipelines.
• Develop the HR function, policies, processes and systems from scratch.
• Establish structured onboarding, KPIs and performance management.
• Build a high-performance, accountable and adaptable organisational culture.
• Manage workforce planning as the brokerage scales.
• Ensure compliance with UAE employment regulations.

We are looking for someone with

strong Dubai recruitment networks and real estate brokerage exposure

, capable of identifying genuine performers rather than simply filling vacancies.

This is a
