If you care about simplifying the messy parts of everyday life, you’ll feel right at home. **The Role** As a **Customer Experience Agent** , you’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing clarity, support or help navigating their account. You’ll resolve a wide range of queries and complaints across email, phone, and chat — taking full ownership from first contact to resolution. You’ll also play a key role in improving the product.
