Your new role
As a Cost Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of a manufacturing environment. Working closely with plant leadership and operations teams, you will be responsible for cost analysis, inventory accounting, financial reporting, and maintaining the accuracy of manufacturing data. This position provides valuable insight into production performance and contributes to strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Previous accounting experience in a manufacturing setting
- Experience utilizing ERP systems to support accounting and operational processes; NetSuite experience is a plus
- Highly organized with strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with finance, operations, and plant leadership teams to support business objectives
