You'll work closely with global HR teams across multiple international locations and play a key role in shaping people programs, talent initiatives, and employee experience.
Your New Role
As the senior HR leader for the Vancouver office, you'll oversee all aspects of Human Resources, including:
✅ Employee relations, performance management, and policy development
✅ Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
✅ Leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement
✅ Payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
✅ HR analytics, reporting, and HR technology initiatives
✅ Leading a small HR and office services team
✅ Driving global HR projects, ESG initiatives, and process improvements
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience
- Strong employee relations and performance management expertise
- Payroll processing and benefits administration experience
- Experience supporting corporate/professional services environments
- Knowledge of BC employment legislation
- Strong HRIS, ATS, and data analytics capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global organization
