Corporate Staff Accountant

With stock performance up over 300% in the last five years and a company that has doubled in size over the last 12 months, this is a business with serious momentum behind it. The Casper team is looking for a **Staff Accountant** to support their financial operations and help keep the engine running as the company continues to scale. **What you'll be doing:** * Managing accounts payable end\-to\-end — invoice processing, vendor verification, and expense tracking * Performing transactional accounting entries and maintaining accurate financial records for audits and internal reviews * Preparing monthly close working papers and supporting actual vs. budget analysis * Preparing local tax filings in accordance with state and county requirements * Supporting the external audit process and ensuring compliance with internal controls, US GAAP, and company policies * Collaborating with operations and vendors to resolve issues as they arise **What you'll bring:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting setting * Energy or manufacturing industry background is a plus * Solid grasp of US GAAP and internal controls * Proficiency in accounting software and intermediate\-to\-advanced Excel skills * Strong attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to work both independently and cross\-functionally **What our client offers:** * Competitive base salary * Annual bonus through cash and/or equity disbursements * 401(k) with 5% match * Fully covered insurance * On\-site role based in Casper If you're an organized, analytically\-minded accountant ready to make an impact at a high\-growth energy company, we'd love to hear from you
