**HR Manager \| Perm \| On\-Site \| $115,000 \- $145,000** *Are you an HR professional who's as comfortable in the weeds of compliance as you are shaping culture and coaching managers?* *We're partnering with a well\-established, growing organization to find an HR Manager who can own the full people function at a site level. This is a high\-visibility role where you'll be the go\-to person for both leadership and employees — someone who brings structure, credibility, and genuine care to everything from a complex employee relations matter to a first\-day onboarding experience.* *If you thrive in an environment where no two days look the same, and you take pride in building HR that actually works for the business, this could be a great fit.* **What you'd do:** * Serve as the primary HR point of contact for site leadership and employees across all HR matters * Lead full\-cycle recruitment — partnering with hiring managers from intake through offer * Own onboarding, offboarding, and the employee lifecycle in between * Manage employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance management * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment law (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO) * Administer and optimize HRIS, benefits programs, and leave management * Partner with leadership on workforce planning, succession, and organizational development * Support and improve HR policies, procedures, and documentation * Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a strong site culture **What you've got:** * Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field * 5\+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 in a standalone or lead HR role * Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices * Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite * A natural communicator who can influence without authority * PHR or SHRM\-CP certification is a plus **What you'd get:** * Strong base * Medical, dental, vision * 401k with match * Great PTO Policy
