**Role Description**
This is a full\-time on\-site role for a Corporate Lawyer, based in Islamabad. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring legal compliance, advising on legal risks, negotiating agreements, and supporting organizational policies. They will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address complex legal issues while safeguarding the company’s interests in adherence to regulatory and corporate standards.
**Qualifications**
* Strong expertise in Corporate Law, Contract Law, and Regulatory Compliance
* Proven skills in Contract Drafting, Negotiation, and Legal Risk Assessment
* Experience in Corporate Governance, Policy Formulation, and Legal Documentation
* Effective communication, problem\-solving, and decision\-making abilities
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently under pressure
* Knowledge of Pakistan’s legal, regulatory, and commercial practices
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) with relevant certifications a plus
* Membership with a recognized Bar Association is preferred
