- About the Opportunity:
The Coordinator - FT plays a vital role in supporting insurance policyholders and homeowners by scheduling appraisal appointments and assisting with self-survey submissions. This position contributes to the organization''s efficiency and client service quality by facilitating communication and data collection, which are essential for accurate insurance assessments.
- Responsibilities:
- Schedule appraisal appointments with insurance policyholders
- Assist homeowners in submitting home photos through the self-survey product
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure timely and accurate information gathering
- Maintain productivity and quality standards as part of performance goals
- Requirements:
- Motivated and self-directed with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Total compensation targeted at $13 to $15 per hour, including base hourly wage plus performance-based incentive pay
- Incentive pay based on productivity, turn-around time, and quality, not sales-based
