• Responsibilities:
• Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in benefit programs
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom
• Explain benefit options clearly and professionally
• Guide clients through the enrollment process and address questions
• Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communications
• Build long-term client relationships through consistent customer service
• Participate in training, mentorship, and team meetings
• Requirements:
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Windows-based laptop or desktop with a functioning webcam
• Physical location within the United States
