Good ideas do. **Role Description** This is a full time on site role in Bengaluru for a Commercial Recovery Lawyer. You will work on live recovery matters with a strong focus on customer settlements. Your role will include drafting commercial settlement contracts structuring payment plans following up on commitments and finding practical ways to move matters toward closure. You will work closely with clients internal teams and external advocates to turn stalled receivables into real outcomes. This role is for someone who combines legal skill with commercial instinct and knows how to push a matter toward settlement. **Qualifications** * 2 plus years of experience in litigation dispute resolution debt recovery banking and finance legal work or commercial legal practice * Experience dealing with commercial settlements and litigation is preferable. * Hands on drafting experience with legal notices replies settlement contracts payment plans and recovery communications * Strong communication skills ownership and follow through * Ability to manage multiple matters with urgency accuracy and commercial awareness
