Commercial Recovery Lawyer Intern

Good ideas do. **Role Description** This is a full time on site internship role in Bengaluru for a Commercial Recovery Lawyer Intern. You will work on live recovery matters with a strong focus on customer settlements and commercial dispute support. Your role will include assisting in drafting commercial settlement contracts payment plans legal notices replies and recovery related communications. You will support follow ups on payment commitments and help move matters toward closure through practical and commercially sound action. You will work closely with clients internal teams and external advocates to turn stalled receivables into real outcomes. This role is suited for someone who wants hands on exposure to commercial settlements dispute resolution and recovery strategy in a fast moving environment. **Qualifications** * Pursuing Bachelor of Laws LL.B. or recently graduated from a recognized institution * Strong interest in commercial disputes debt recovery banking and finance law contract law or litigation * Good drafting skills with the ability to assist on legal notices replies settlement contracts payment plans and recovery communications * Strong legal research ability and attention to detail * Good communication skills ownership and follow through * Ability to manage multiple matters with urgency accuracy and commercial awareness * Prior internship exposure in litigation dispute resolution recovery work or commercial legal practice will be preferred
